Nestor is an immigrant from Uruguay who, after spending twenty years in America, recently became a naturalized U.S. citizen. Nestor decided to become a citizen to exercise his right to vote, as he feels this is an important moment for our country — especially for immigrants like himself.

He joined Zydalis Bauer to discuss the voting system in Uruguay, how he chose what candidate to support in 2020, and how he speaks with his family about politics.
